Walmart Food Items Contaminated; Grocery Pile Up Explained

Walmart grocery carts piled with ham, eggs, milk, and butter — a feast for a whole lot — sit clustered around a Walmart Dumpster in the sun. A bearded man in dark glasses explains that the food is all good, however, Walmart is throwing it out anyway.


"That's what's **** up with our country," he says. "They do not let workers have it. they will not sell or give it to anybody else. they are just throwing it away."

So why haven't you seen it all over the news?

Easy: it is not what it seems to be.

Let's explain

The caption places it in "Salina," however it really happened in Celina, Ohio, Nov. 6. All that food was thrown away, however, it wasn't safe to eat as uploader Gary Joe Ahrns claimed. 

Mercer County, experienced a tornado the day before Ahrns posted his video. The storm knocked out power for 1,000 Midwest electrical customers within the area, together with the Celina Walmart.

We know we all know -- perhaps you have left something out longer than suggested and been okay, however that was a choice you created for yourself. If the shop were to wittingly sell spoiled food -- or food at a high risk of spoilage -- to customers who later became sick, it'd be on the hook for an entire buffet of lawsuits.
